Remote Analyst Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor the system for fraud and theft
- Manage the Incident Tracker and create cases that track specific employee fraud or theft incidences
- Report to the Business about findings on a regular basis
- Create custom queries for business operators based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations on system health
- Keep the business informed of new system features, upgrades and manage business feature requests
