Remote Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor the system for fraud and theft
  • Manage the Incident Tracker and create cases that track specific employee fraud or theft incidences
  • Report to the Business about findings on a regular basis
  • Create custom queries for business operators based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations on system health
  • Keep the business informed of new system features, upgrades and manage business feature requests
