Support Engineer- LAS VEGAS, NV

We're looking for someone with an insatiable desire to learn new technologies. 

Essential Functions: 

Act as the technical point of contact for clients, providing support of a web based application. 
Manage Support cases to resolution/closure. 
Work on Implementation/Upgrade/Install/Pre-Sales/Integration/Interface cases for team. 
Act as technical point of contact for all assigned customers during Project phases. 
Previous experience troubleshooting Database, VPN, IIS in a support role. 
Travel domestically and internationally to deploy new systems 

Preferred Experience and Knowledge 

Previous experience in Database (SQL or Oracle) troubleshooting, installing. 
Previous experience in IIS. 
Previous experience with remote support software. 
Previous experience with MS CRM or equivalent case management software
